As you guys may or may not know, I have to pay to keep these boards ad-free. Ging has generously donated some money to help me out in the past but now we are running very, very low.
It works on a credit system - we used to only use 1 credit a month but now we are sometimes using 2, due it it being for 50,000 page views.
Each credit is $6.99 US and then every month we can select to apply a credit to make the boards ad-free.
Basically, I need your help to continue with the ad-free. If you want to help, all you have to do it go to the bottom of the page and click on "Click Here to Make This Board Ad-Free!".
From there using a credit card (it's a secure site), you can pay for 1 or more months of ad free for this site.
I want to thank you all in advance and let you know if we weren't down to so low, I wouldn't ask..

No one has yet, but maybe it's because not many people have seen this post yet.

To be honest, the ads on this site don't bother me all that much. As long as the content is clean and they aren't annoying (such as pop-ups) I just kind of tune it out. I'm also notoriously cheap.  |

you know , when I get back from my trip (because right now, 5 days before I go I am saving every last little cent like you wouldn't believe- wish I'd been this scrupulous before because its giving me an extra E100!), I will definitely do my bit since Kim and this site has been a godsend in planning my trip and organising and the whole thing rah rah rah!

Kim, I haven't forgotten you, trust me! But my ccard is maxed out till I get my loan for school back. Trust me the minute I get it (in a couple of weeks!) you'll definetely be receiving some from me!
And, I understand you about the adds, but I must say, they don't bother me much either heheh! Not cause i'm notoriously cheap though heheh cause I understand why you don't want them. It's not that expensive, but still, if it's hurting your budget, why not just leave the adds up?
By the way, just curious, does a credit card function differently in another currency, or what? I mean, does it just give you the exchange rate and bam?
