Hi Big Ray,
How do I get a visa to get into Prague from Canada? Do you know how difficult the process is?
Thanks

I'm not Ray but this might help! Effective April 1, 2001, Canadians intending to visit the Czech Republic as tourists must be in possession of a visa and a valid passport. Visa applications will be processed within 2-5 working days at any Czech mission. You must be in possession of a valid Canadian passport, one photograph, an application form and an air-ticket or fare reservation. You may be required to present an invitation letter and proof of financial means and health insurance. Single entry visas (CAD 75.00) and multiple entry visas (CAD 150.00) will be valid for three months. Each traveller, fifteen years of age and older, must have his/her own passport and visa. This means that fifteen year old children travelling on the passport of a parent will be refused entry into the Czech Republic. Travellers should obtain an entry and exit stamp in their passport when they arrive and leave the Czech Republic. Travellers who stay in private homes will have to register at any Foreigner’s Police Office within 2 days of their arrival. Hotel guests are normally registered by their hotel upon check-in. Foreign nationals may obtain a work permit annually which can be renewed up to 3 years following which there must be a break of at least 12 months. Tourist Visa: Required Business Visa: Required Student Visa: Required For further information, contact the Embassy of the Czech Republic, 251 Cooper Street, Ottawa, ON, K2P 0G2;tel: 613-562-3875/ fax: 613-562-3878/ e-mail: ottawa@embassy.mzv.cz. www.mzv.cz/ottawa/ or General Consulate of the Czech Republic, 1305 Ave. des Pins, Ouest, Montréal, Québec, H3G 1B2, Canada; tel: 514-849-4495/ fax: 514-849-4117/e-mail: montreal@embassy.mzv.cz .

Thanks for answering this one, Kim. Not being a Canadian, I couldn't have answered this one.
Cheers, Ray
