Depends on how you think of it, I guess.
I personally love my digital camera, but I love having copies of my pictures as well. Uploading and having them printed off tends to be way more pricey for me than getting regular film developed. Printing them off myself is costly as well as my printer ink is big bucks.
All in all though, I prefer my digital as I can see if I've messed up a shot I really wanted and can take it again - it sucks to get home and have pictures you really wanted not turn out.

I totally agree with Kim. I love my digital and I'm going to be getting a new one (5 mega-pixel) hopefully in the next few months! Yeah, I also agree it is a more costly way to go, but when you figure that you end up with pictures that turn out great every time (because you have the option of re-taking the picture as many times as you want and not wasting film), it's totally worth it!

Bah humbug! I adore my Nikon, love getting a new lens and starting to experiment with it, get excited every time I take a roll of film in to be developed and that anticipation of waiting to see if I got the shot right. I'm a film gal through and through. ;D
