If you are unable to find something in Oz that works for you, I don't think it's a bad idea at all to buy it online. They are awesome packs so it's not much of a gamble. They do have a womens fit one as well. This is a $15 dollar off coupon at Ebags (for purchases over $100). All you have to do is click on it and it will take you to Ebags and will add the coupon to your screen. When you checkout, it should be in your basket already. www.anrdoezrs.net/click-711188-10371271It expires at the the end of November. Anyone else is welcome to use it as well. Kim

hadenuf, EC only has one dealer in Australia listed on their web site, located in NSW. Seems a bit odd to only have one dealer in that part of the world, considering many of the Packs are manufactured in Vietnam.
As Kim suggested, buying Packs online is not a bad option either. If you know your torso length it shouldn't be difficult to find a Pack that will most likely fit. Have you looked at the Macpac line? They seem to be a good quality pack, and very popular in Australia.
Not sure when or where you're going to be travelling, but another option might be to use a "cheapo" duffle or something for the first part of your trip, and buy an EC Pack at your first stop. You could then either "bin" the Duffle or take it along for souvenir items.
Hope this is some help. Good luck with your Pack selection.
