Thanks for the quick reply. I'm from Ottawa, Canada. I'll really only use the phone at home as I don't really get out of the province often, aside for the occasional trip (2 this year). I guess I'd have to take their most basic plan as it'll surely be good enough for me. I tried calling their customer service line but I kept having trying to 'talk' with this robot operator and she could never understand what I was saying so I just hung up lmao.
