This will give you about 60 Euros per day (assuming you're leaning more to the higher figure and that those are US dollars). It's certainly possible to see those places on that budget, but you have several expensive locations in there. You'll have to economize. Figure 20 - 30 Euros per day for a hostel (30 is on the high side, but might be needed in London). Then figure out what you need to eat in a day - are you happy just getting your own food, or will you want to eat out? What attractions do you want to see and what will they cost?
For example in Italy I think it's quite likely I might have to spend 20 Euros per day on attractions because I want to see a lot of things, and if I want to attend a concert, that's another 20 or 25 Euros. A two-or-three-hour walking tour in Rome starts at 20 Euros. So it will be pretty easy to spend 60 Euros per day just on activities. (If I also wanted to go to a club, I imagine that would be another 20 Euros.) You can see that even if you do economize on food and lodging, you have to make hard decisions about what you want to see and do.

do you think i should be more specific with cities to try and get advice?

Yes, the more information the better. I know five weeks sounds like a lot, but you have an awful lot of places you want to see in that time. Also, what sorts of things interest you, to help figure out how expensive those things will be.

Where are you landing and where are you departing from? I think it would be a good idea to figure out how long it will take to get from place to place, and how you will do it. That way you can figure out the most efficient way so you don't have to backtrack. I think I'd consider dropping Spain and Germany, particularly if you want to see several cities in Italy.
