Typically, go for breakfast with my best friend, go get groceries with my boyfriend and have dinner at either his parents (with my sister and my mom) or at my mom's (with his parents). Oh, and stop at Starbucks on the way home.

5) What languages can you speak?

Unfortunately, only English despite many years of French in school.

6) Who has had the most influence on you?

My mom and sister as well as a friend who died tragically in a motorcycle accident.

7) What's on your "To Do" list?

Sheesh, what isn't... Finish the new guideforeurope.com, clean my house, call a couple friends, do some laundry, watch some things I taped during the week, pick up my contacts from the optomitrist..

8) Discribe your living situation:

Condo that we just bought in August. We moved from the 2nd floor where we were renting up to the 3rd floor to the new condo. Live with my boyfriend of 4 1/2 years.

Juicy fruit gum, toothpaste, a Spanish dancer, a dice, Medusa.. this year I'm being a convict.

10) Your dream job:
I'd love to have my own travel guide and travel to research it.

The BEST ever was Mary jo Kopechne...with steering wheel around my neck and sea weed all over....dating myself here....also Hershey's kiss and did a pretty good elephant one year.

god, I am so over working! Can I find a job that will pay me to travel and give the 'older' travellers viewpoint??? I can work cheap!!

On Sunday's I like to think about doing something important. But I usually end up sleeping, exercise, reading and studying.

English... and a tiny bit (very tiny bit) of German and Polish.

Strangers that I speak to. The average person with an extraordinary story.

7) What's on your "To Do" list?

Watch the 7 videos I rented, read that book I have forgotten about, work on my body, complete Uni, complete Post graduate, move out, move to Sydney, design a house, open a practice, build house, travel every 5 years, complete a painting a year, save money, write an entire novel over one weekend, sweat more, compete in a triathlon and make new friends.

I live with parents but they aren't home often, so I more or less live by myself.

If I counted it right, this will be the third time I'll be introducing myself. But since the questions are different every time, I don't mind.

Esther (yes, my real name, never mentioned it here, but I've been a regular on this board for so long, I thought the time had come to 'reveal' it.)
Never liked the English pronounciation though (sorry guys, you can't help it). It always makes me think of an grumpy old aunt who gives soggy kisses every time she comes to visit!
So ya'll can still call me Cat! ;D

Hmmm, it can vary from hanging around in the house, doing my laundry, singing with one of my choirs, meeting family of friends, reading,.....

Dutch, English, French and German (not fluent but I can manage), and I can read a bit of latin.

Can't name one particular person, I am influenced by all the people I know (as is anyone, I know).

6) Who has had the most influence on you? Wow, this question is making me think! I am influenced by everyone I come in contact with. I see both positives and negatives, and try to make myself a better person by seeing what I do and don't like in people.

Become fluent in French, travel to Thailand, live in Paris, volunteer in a foreign country in healthcare, change the way people die - everyone should die with peace and dignity, backpack around europe again, grow a beautiful flower garden, be able to name and locate the constellations..... and the list goes on and on....

depends how late i'm out on Saturday . usually go to Church, read the paper & do chores at home.

English is my 1st language, learned German in school & college, and am now trying to learn some Spanish.

My Mom & Dad, sisters & brother. non relative w/ most influence would probably be my college mentor, Hugh Garnett. various writers & philosophers have also had a big influence on my thinking.

oh, lots of stuff: learn to speak more Spanish, make more plans for my Spring trip (especially Italy), stuff like that.

With my widowed mother, in the house where i grew up - not that ever really did grow up!

My best one was the year O. J.'s trial was going on, i wore my brother's black graduation robe (i'm skinny, have dark hair & a full beard). i was Judge Lance Ito, but my date had no idea who Ito was! She was an Austrian bio-chem doctoral student at a local medical school. it was so funny; we went to a huge street party and people kept addressing me as "your honour." but, she just didn't get it.

that's an oxymoron! but, i'd like to do more to help others. taught reading at an after school program in Southwest Dallas a few years ago. that was rewarding.
