Wow! Welsh! It pleases me to read that people are keeping the language alive. I've long heard that English had become so overpoweringly ubiquitous in UK that other languages are dying out. it's best if less commonly spoken languages are kept alive. - d i can speak welsh(first language), english and italian (my boyfriend is italian)but i'm hopeless!!!!! ha ha

I thought I already did one of these surveys?
1.) Name: Ken
2.) Height: about 6 feet even
3.) Occupation: Area Power Dispatcher for a large electrical utility; retired Ambulance Paramedic.
4.) What do you do on Sundays? I'm a shift worker, so Sundays are just another day for me. If I'm not working, I usually have several cups of gourmet coffee, read the paper, check-in on the local Amateur Radio net and go to the Gym if I feel energetic.
5.) What languages can you speak? English, but have been studying Italian for several years (not fluent, but could probably get by quite well); also a bit of Spanish. Will start working on French in advance of my next trip to Europe.
6.) Who has had the most influence on you? That's difficult to say? I've had many mentors and friends guide me throughout my life, but I can't identify just one individual. Of course, my parents have been a big influence, but lately I've been getting a tremendous amount of inspiration from my three Sons.
7.) What's on your "To Do" list? Get my life sorted-out and simplified in preparation for retirement, get my house renovations finally completed and of course do some more travelling!
8.) Describe your living situation: I'm divorced and live in a modest home in the scenic Okanagan Valley of British Columbia. My youngest Son and Daughter-in-Law live with me at the moment, as well as two Dogs and two Cats.
9.) Prevous Halloween costumes: That's a LONG time ago, and I really don't remember what we wore back in the "old days"?
10.) Your dream job: That's difficult to say? Perhaps some form of "unstructured employment" related to one of my hobbies. My present job is good, but after 35 years I've suddenly gained an awareness that retirement isn't far off.

DAVID, nice to see someone is reading the Posts. I can see how my wording could be interpreted as referring to the old TV show. However I really DO have three Sons and was hoping that my meaning would be somewhat apparent.
Cheers!!!
