Um I'm not 100%, but I think you need one in Canada & the States (don't quote me on that tho - I only know in Ontario for sure!) You can do hair in a salon (cut & color-wise) as long as there is another licensed stylist in the salon with you at the time. <Although at my salon they really trust me & I work alone, but shhhhhhh
