The only adjustment is that maybe you might want to do Pisa as a daytrip while in Florence. Does the journey from Rome to Barcelona go through Pisa? Another thought - is there a cheap flight from Prague to Pisa (or Florence), Rome to Barcelona, or B to Paris? If you like long train trips, it's fine as is, though.

Hi! I think you've done good on your itinerary! I won't repeat what Willtravel said... I think you should add a day onto Amsterdam from Cologne, unless you plan on visiting Düsseldorf and Bonn from Cologne. There are a lot of little towns to see in the Netherlands on your way to Cologne. Cologne is a fun city, i've lived there for 3 weeks, but I think in 2 days you can do quite a bit! But if you add in Düsseldorf and Bonn, then your timing is ok! I love that you left enough time for Prague! Check out Kutna Hora if you can! It's really special! I'd go to Pisa from Florence and not on a long train ride like Willt said... Train from Roma to Barcelona is quite long isn't it? Have you checked out cheap flights, they have great routes for those destinations BEsides these little things, which are all personal opinions, looks great! Good choice of cities Have fun!

hi, in a few months i will also be travelling through europe and i would appreciate if anyone could give me any advice on how to do so. I am wondering if it would be better to buy a 15 day eurorail pass and sleep on the trains or to attempt to backpack through sleeping in hostels and private homes.

rhineheart, it's difficult to answer your question without more detail on your Itinerary and where you plan on travelling. As David indicated, the information on "private homes" is a bit puzzling? Could you elaborate on your plans?
Cheers!
