Kim, where are you in BC? I just moved back to Toronto in July - I lived in Vancouver for 6 years and Maple Ridge for 1 year... I miss it so much!!

I'm in Victoria - and was born in Maple Ridge!
My best friend just moved back here from Toronto. They were in Toronto a year and a half and the weather just got to them!

The weather is really getting to me too... I can hardly stand it! You really do forget when you've been gone 7 years how FREAKING cold it gets here! (Hope I can use Freaking on this site!!)

Patrick, I used to like you... hmph (that's my Miss Piggy impesonation). I remember the only time I went to Florida, in March one year. I went to the beach with my family and everyone there was walking around in jackets and sweaters... I was in a bikini, swimming in the ocean!! It was warm to me! I would love to live in that climate... the funny thing is, I hate humidity too - that's why Vancouver was perfect for me - it doesn't get too hot or too cold. Ohhhhh, Vancouver...  |
