Oh gosh, I know, me again!
So, how many days would you say is a minimum for Cinque Terre, would you give it 1 day per each of the 5 towns?
Besides the beauty of the place, is there anything special to do there besides walking around in awe??
Thanks again!

There is no need to give each town one day each. By hiking along the trail, which at a leisurely pace could easily be done in 4 or 5 hours, you will get to walk through all the towns. If you find one that takes your breath away, just stay there or finish the hike and come back there by train the next day. Each of the towns is connected by the train, making it incredibly easy to move around.
I'd say 3 days is sufficient for the Cinque Terre. Pick one town and use it as a base the whole time. Maybe you can use one day to hike, another on the beach, and another just watching time pass by in the towns. If you're short on time, even 2 days would do the trick.
