Flight or train...

Hello!
I will be shortly visiting Vienna from Passau (Germany)
Then I'll go back to Munich
Does anyone know of a flight from Passau to Vienna or Vienna to Munich for cheap?
Or bus service?
Or train...how much would it cost?
I can not get a pricing on raileurope...don't know why!
I am really looking for the cheapest way since this will not be included on my Eurail pass...

Why? What pass did you ultimately get?

Well, I'm getting the 3 countries in 10 days thing!
But if I get 4 countries, it's way more and I'll have to buy another pass to add the other parts of the trip that won't fit into 10 days!
