Thanks one and all. Really appreciate the good wishes. It's been a long nearly 3 weeks but I am well on the mend now and actually believe I shall live to fight again! ;D I stubbornly kept insisting it was 'just a cold' for almost two weeks before I was so sick even 'I' had to give in and go to the doctor. Once I got those 'good drugs' on board I began mending nicely. Note to self: if you feel like you are coughing a lung up, consider it might be more than a cold. Sheesh!

Ging, I distinctly recall you giving me similar advice last year when I was felled badly! I'm glad to hear you are on the mend.

hehehe....thats what I was like the last time I had the dreaded p! I was literally coughing up a lung at work when they made me leave and go via a doctor.
And thats what I think I've got now actually. I think the second lung is about to come out. Ah well.....seeing hte doc in an hour, a course of antibiotics and I'll be right as rain. I know I['ve been coughing for 2 and a half weeks, and I've pulled muscles in my stomach and back from it all!
Glad you're feeling better!

no not scared of the doctor.......its just not convenient! It takes a good couple of hours out of my day, and I don't have those couple of hours to spare!
