A non travel related thread. Fellow posters I have a problem . And I think I need to come clean about it to all at GTE. I am a Lemmings addict!! There I have said it. I have found a site where I can play Lemmings online for free. I have now become a recluse and it is taking over my life. I used to play it seceretly in the school IT rooms when the teacher's back was turned so to find this site really took me back to being 12 again ;D For anyone that does know Lemmings is a game where you have to guide a group of dumb lemmings to safety without them killing themselves. You may laugh now but once it gets hold of you - that's it doomed to spend the rest of your life shackled to your PC. A few years ago I had a Texris addiction but managed to conquer that slowly. Pray for me fellow posters. Anyone else want to confess to any classic games addictions

i think i bought my first computer because of lemmings. a friend of mine had the demo, and i lust loved the idea to have power over 100 dumb individuals who do everything you want, even if they die ;D guess lemmings came out fore every computer and console system build after 1991, even for some better sci pocket calculators! i still have this computer with the lemmings disks in it, but didnt play it for a few months. most people hated me after we played the 2player mode. lemmings 2 was quite nice too with lots of new classes (magna boots, gliders, surfers, magic carpet, bazooka and other crazy stuff) but i think lemmings 3d somehow destroyed this gameplay, at least i didnt feel the need to have this game after i played a demo level. maybe i should buy the psp-version cheap on ebay. btw, worms was another nice game. does someone still know "cannon fodder" (maybe 1995 or so)? however, here is a lemmings link: www.lemmingsuniverse.net/downloads.html(hehe, there is a free dos version "hamsters" )

OMG! Why did you do that? It's like someone waving a cigarette in your face after quitting for ten years!
