Me and 3 friends are flying into Prague on the 29th of Dec. and then flying out of Budapest on the 17th of January. I would love advice and feedback on my itinerary. Is there any places I should add, take away, exchange, etc? I would also like any help with day trip from Vienna or Budapest. Thanks for the help! Katie

Looks very good. Some people here will likely tell you that Bratislava isn't worth staying in and is better as a daytrip from Vienna.
I have 2 possible suggestions to replace Bratislava. One would be Krakow which most will say is beautiful and great for history. Another possibility could be Zagreb, Croatia as it's about 4-5 hours by train from Vienna/Budapest and I've heard it's wonderful.
Others can likely give you some other suggestions, etc. but I'm sure someone will confirm my suggestion of doing Bratislava as a daytrip.

thanks for the quick reply! I really like the idea about Krakow. I was thinking to maybe spend just 1 night in Cesky Krumlov instead of 2 and then stay 3 or 4 nights in Krakow.
