does anyone know how much it would cost to catch a ferry or what ever from London to the Netherlands or France?
Looks like London is the cheapest Airport to fly into So If its not too expensive I might have to check England out as well..

I havent traveled over to Europe yet but I am currently planing my trip.
I beleive that you can enter a country as many times as you want as long as you dont go over your limited days of travel.

I know I know... I cant edit to pole, Amsterdamn is going to have to stay... also I knew about athens and venice. But I plan on visiting both and just wanted info on other places West of the Alps. Im doing the 5 country select pass... I dont want to hear how great Germany ect. is. I might get jellous and end up spending way too much money on the unlimited passes. lol

If you had the option to ride on the youth 2nd class and save 200 bucks for 15 days of travel, would you?
or Pay the extra 200 bucks and have a seat that reclines and have a meal?
Do any of you experienced travelers have any advice weather it is worth the extra money?

I just got an email back for the Euro rail website.. FWIW if others are interested they told be that you can turn 26 while using the youth pass as long as you enter europe or have the pass Validated in Europe while you are still 25.

I am currently 25 and I will be turning 26 3 months before I leave for a 2 month trip to Europe. I know that the passes expires after 6 months of purchasing them. My question for anyone is, can I purchase the Youth pass when Im 25 and then use it even though I have already turned 26?
Also my GF is 20 and can get a youth pass. Is there any way if I do have to buy a regular pass, can I ride with her in the same cart?
Thanks in advance

There are 3 festivals in Germany when I plan on going. I dont have a designated stops yet but I know I do want to see Germany and I think one of these festivals might be fun. I would like some info if anyone has any.
the 3 festivals are Wine Festival in Wurzburg Carival of Cultures in Berlin Master Draught show in Rothenburg
If no one knows anything about these, its all good. But those who have been to Germany and have any suggestions to where I should go. Let me know. I have 4 days to visit one city from May 25th to the 30th. But those dates could very alittle if anyone knows somthing cool going on.

Im leaving in 7 months, Im starting to keep my eye out for plane tickets. Does anyone have any advice as to when and where to buy them. Im a student and I have tryed multiple student discount sites but they are not anything but maybe 30$ cheaper on a 800$ ticket. What I think Im going to do is just wait untile about 1 month out and try priceline where you bid your own price. Im guessing I will start bidding at 600$. What do you guys think? Im open to what ever ya got!!

My GF and I are leaving on a 3 months trip to Eastern Europe and we really want to blend in as much as possible.
I was hoping I could get some advice on definate NO NO's. That would scream "theres an American tourist!"
Also if there are any websites for clothing that I could go check out.
I know its hard to be fashionable and living out of a backpack but my Gf is really stubborn about this.
any advice would be appreciated!
We are visiting, Italy, Spain, France, Netherlands, and Czech-Rep
