Good afternoon,
I will be traveling to Prague, Budapest and Vienna this spring. I am going to enjoy the flavors of these cities, but at the same time, I have lost almost 80 pounds and I am worried about all of the starch, salt and fat that Eastern European cuisine can have.
Questions: 1. Is fresh produce readily available in the markets here? 2. Any suggestions for healthy dining options?
Any other healthy advice would be great. Thanks!
