This is THE BEST ITEM I ever bought for travels! It's about the size of one of those 'little' coke cans and has literally anything and everything you might ever need for emergency repairs. And the case is virtually industructable. Takes up very little space, weighs next to nothing.....it's a must have! Glad to see they still carry it.

Yeah, but it's so cool. I have one too. It's not something you would have to buy again so it's not too bad. Kim

>>>>> Contains: duct tape, clear tape, shears, sewing kit, precision screwdriver, cable ties, super glue, wire, cord, 2mm rope (capable of holding 100kg), elastic, large packing needle..All packaged in an extremely compact and cool looking bullet shaped aluminium container. >>>>> Not pricey at all methinks if your pack gets torn or a strap ripped off. There would be few if any energency repairs needed that this little kit could not handle. It really is an excellent kit...well worth the 'moderate' price (I think) for all that it contains. JMHO of course.

Just grabbed mine out of the car...where I always keep it if not traveling....it is 2 1/4" wide at the base and just a hair under 4" tall. Weighs less than 1/2 lb....smallest scale I've got and it does not top off at even that. I have not gain in this company, but this is just such a worthwhile item I have to praise it. And it is a 'lifetime' purchase, not just something for this current trip. Even has a selection of buttons along with sewing items. It really is an all round useful little kit!

Kind of a silly question, but can you refill the stuff in it?
Like, if you used all the tape, could you put more in?

Can't see why not. The tapes might be a bit of a pain to refill....you'd have to sit and roll it onto the 'spool' but there is nothing in it you couldn't replace easily enough if it has been used.
