every cruise I have ever been on, no matter the destination, no matter the cruise line...the ship's band will be playing this little ditty when you board and nearly every hour of the day thereafter. It's the 'official cruise song' I think. ;D

Just hearing it in my mind sets my wanderlust to thrumming!

I always bring a CD player on trips but never end up using it! Usually I just plan on listening at the airport or on the plane, but I always end up talking to someone. Maybe if buy an iPod I'll listen to music more on the road! (just kidding Doug - I know you love iPods ;D)

I think my favourite place to listen to music though is on long trips in my car by myself. 'Stone Temple Pilots - Interstate Love Song' is a good one for the road.
