I've been really trying to determine what kind of backpack I should take to Europe. I'm going for a whirlwind trip. 1 month long, 8 countries. I'll be constantly moving, via train and foot. I was thinking that this is a good bag www.altrec.com/shop/detail/16571/9at 1,953 cubic inches, a light weight and a nice design I figgured it might meet my travel light needs. However I'm unsure about the dimensions. Any information and or thoughts would be greatly appreciated. I'm a little unsure how to proceed. If there is a btter pack somewhere, or anyone has any suggestions I would be thrilled to hear them. |

For my money and from personal experience it is a mistake to buy anything but an Eagle Creek bag.....but hey, it's just my opinion. Another thought....this seems a bit small for the length of trip you are taking, but if you are going totally bare bones it will work.

Awesome. Can you recomend any eagle creek packs that are allowed as carry on baggage on a plane but also has adequate space to use for a trip?

What you want is the Continental Journey by Eagle Creek - incredible pack! Plus, it meets the requirement of a carry on and has a removable day pack. I also have a coupon link you can use - it's $30 off any purchase over $150 so it will make the Continental Journey $140 which is a killer price. When you click on this link, it will add in a thing at the top of the screen it takes you to that will say "Take $30 OFF purchases of $150 or more Some restrictions apply. " Then when you go to check out, you will see you have a $30 coupon. The coupon code is only good until the end of June though. Anyone else that wants to use it is free to do so. And be sure and note that this bag is available in a 'womens fit' model as well for the same pricing. For shorter gals that's a great option.  |
