Does anybody know a good message board for South America? ???I need to decide where to go, which countries are safest, etc. I also want to take a Spanish immersion course.

Ryan, you might try thorntree.lonelyplanet.com for information on South America. You can also visit their "home" site at www.lonelyplanet.com for info on Guidebooks, etc. Can't help with the Spanish Immersion course as i'm working on Italian right now. Not sure where you're located, but if you search the net I'm sure you'll find lots of language training options. Cheers!!!
