So the way my trip looks, I'll be in Europe for Halloween! I'm one of the rare post-12-year-olds who is quite Halloween obsessed (I wait for it all year), so I'd love to be somewhere that celebrates it too!
I've heard Halloween is really picking up steam in Europe...
I may be in Dublin, which I think would be suitable (they seem to have some Halloween events) or depending on the flight I get/etc, may be in Paris.
I heard that Derry in Ireland and Limoges in France also do some celebrating (though are they mostly geared for the kids?)...
Anyone have some good (or bad) experiences of where is the best to be for Halloween in Western Europe? (Preferably France or Ireland... although I wouldn't mind hearing about anything else too!)

No idea about France or Ireland, but here in the Netherlands, there are some parties. But that's it. Most people regard it as a commercial/marketing idea, just like Valentine's day.
