A friend and I are thinking of buying a camper van and driving around Europe for 6-12 months. Has anyone got any tips, ideas or advice on this. Anything would be a great help. Thanks.

i have traveled this way once. it gets kind of expensive considering you will pay for gas (petrol) and tolls. if you are going to do it, take along an extra car battery and that way you can run stuff in your camper off of it (and then just rotate it with the one in your vehicle every couple of days to recharge it). Make sure to bring plenty of those ready make meals for the times that you are not near a grocery store.
