I was looking into getting a London Pass before I go. Has anyone else done this? Is is really worth it? Thanks.

Ginger, who is currently reporting from Europe in the "Updates from Travellers.." section on this message board bought it and said it helped keep her in budget. Check it out here: www.qksrv.net/click-711188-529139Kim

I did get the London Pass, against Rick Steves advice, and used it quite a bit. It allows you free entry into many sites, and reduced entry into others. But keep in mind that many of the ones for 'free' are the more minor sites, so unless you are really going to have some time and plan on trying to see more than the biggest most popular things it might not be worth it. I added the public transport option and that was the thing I used it for the most. Very helpful to be able to ride whenever without pulling out the wallet. All in all, can't say for sure I saved a darn dime by getting it, and without doing actual figures can't say for certain I even broke even......but it was a great convienence and allowed me to 'pre-pay' part of that leg of my trip. I'd use it again.
