I am not a student but am under 25. Should I bother to get this card? It is $17. If it is not going to be worth it i don't want to waste my $$.

Some discounts in Europe are only for students. If you just want those discounts, I'd suggest finding an old student ID and either putting a sticker on it that says Spring 2002 or something (in card form, I've been a student even since I graduated in 98) but to be sure, you should check the specific bene's of that card.
