Previously I and others have posted about various ways you can get reserved tickets for super-popular attractions like the Uffizi, where you would otherwise have to spend many hours in line.
But here is another method. You can buy a membership that allows you into numerous museums in Florence, and is good for a year. I haven't checked the latest single-ticket prices, but I think about three or four admissions will pay for it, and that's not even considering the fact you get to skip the lines.

Notice that if you are under 26, like lots of people here, you can get this for 40 Euros for one year.
