Is anyone familiar with this pack? Is it suitable for a one month trip abroad? (I will be doing washes when needed)

onmyway, I've never owned an Osprey Pack, but AFAIK they make an excellent product. I had a brief look at the model you listed, and a few thoughts come to mind.
- 46 L. is a fairly small size. Are you sure you can function with a Pack of that size for one month?
- I didn't see any mention in the spec's regarding the torso range this pack is designed for? Make SURE you buy a model that fits your torso size!
- the pack doesn't appear to have a detachable Daypack. Is this feature important to you? It does however appear to have a "stowable" harness, which is a good feature.
- the Pack seems to use zippers, so I'm assuming these can be secured with small Padlocks or whatever?
With regard to whether it will be "suitable for a one month trip abroad", this will depend on how much kit you normally take along and whether this will fit into a 46 L. Pack? I usually follow the theory that "one should pack the same for three weeks as for three months".
Good luck with your Pack purchase!

thanks for the feedback!!
i agree it is a little small, but..i think it will be suitable for me. i like to pack light and only plan to take a weeks worth of clothes among a few extras (ie cloth sleeping sack, etc) if i were to be traveling for 3 months, i'd still take 1 weeks worth of clothes and just do washes as needed....
the daypack isn't a concern of mine, i have a messenger style bag i like to use that will do just fine..... yes i can secure the zippers with small padlocks
thanks!!!
