My boyfriend and I are going to Europe for three weeks this winter, spending about 5 days each in the UK, France, and Italy. We're unsure about the fourth country we want to visit. We're not history or Europe buffs, but we want to see some cool things and also have a little fun. We'll be staying in hostels and will have a rail pass. Any advice?? Also, if we do go to Germany, we'd like to stop by Prague, but I don't know how to divide 5 days between the two, or if we even should.

in winter, Spain would be better, to me anyway. my wintersemester in germany was in Freiburg, one of Germany's warmer cities. and it got cold at times!
but, i'm from Dallas, in America's sunbelt.
