Well I guess this is the right place for this post. I've been pretty much living out of the pack I bought for Europe last year while I'm flying around the country looking for a job. On the last flight the airline lost it... I just got it back - delivered to my door, in two pieces. One of the straps is now completely detached, and the buckles are smashed. Should I try to fix it, take it somewhere that might fix it, or just get a new pack? The warranty said it didn't cover airline damage - the airline gave me $25 and 1000 frequent flyer miles. I feel that I've gotten the dollar value out of it through use so I'm not fussed about that... I just miss being able to use it. Has anyone here ever tried to get a pack repaired?
