Help Please: 3 week Honeymoon

I have been reading through the discussion boards trying to pull ideas for my own trip but I still need some help.
javascript:add(%22%208-)%22)My fiance and I are getting married May 28th and leaving for a 3 week honeymoon June 1st. We are flying into AMSTERDAM and flying out of ROME June 23rd. We both have never traveled in Europe, don't know any languages besides English and moderate Spanish and here is our plan.

-We purchased Rail pass for 3 countries (Austria, Germany, and Hungary) for any 5 days.
- Our budget is not cheap but not expensive, we would like to stay half the time in hostels and half the time in hotels/apartments/b&b.

- Where is the best places to stay in each city, location and suggestions?

Places on our itinerary:
AMSTERDAM
PRAGUE
VIENNA
BUDAPEST
VENICE
FLORENCE
SIENA
ROME
SORRENTO/POMPEII
If any one has better suggestions besides these really busy tourists spots let us know we are just really unfarmiliar with Europe... But this is the rough route we would like to go. Also let us know if there is places we could skip and it wouldn't hurt or places to go we don't have on here.
We are interested in seeing some of the tourist sites but not really into all museum type trips, we are on our honeymoon so we just want to be in beautiful cities and experience Europe to the fullest.
HOW MANY DAYS IN EACH CITY?
WHERE SHOULD WE STAY IN THE CITIES?
ANY ONE HAVE SUGGESTED ROUTE, we are going from Amsterdam to rome, want to stay on path suggested above?
Any help you could give would be so awesome and I promise when I get back I will help other travelers just like me.

Hi Jordan,

First off, trying to see all of these specific places will be hard to do in just three weeks. I can't speak for all of your listed places since I haven't been to most of them, but here's my take on the ones I have been to:

Amsterdam: I would say 2 days is sufficient though I was happy to have spent 3 there myself.

Venice: 2 days

Florence: I personally would drop this stop and head to Cinque Terre instead (2 days). It's not far from Florence and it's wonderfully relaxing there.

Rome: This is tricky. There's so much to do and see here that normally I would say 4 or even 5 days (and even then that's not enough IMHO) but that's largely dependant on your interests. If you only want to do the touristy stuff then probably only 3 days.

Not much to offer but I hope it's a decent start. I'm sure others will chime in.

Thanks for the input I'll check out Cinque Terre instead of florence. We want to do more than the touristy stuff, i mean we want to see some of the sights in rome but we would rather explore and not stand in lines or be on a tour.
