Hi,
I've decided to re-shuffle my itinerary ever so slightly; and so I'd like to ask, drawing from your own personal experiences of each city, which one should I spend three days in, and which one deserves four days stay?
Thanks.

I spent 5 full days last year in Prague and 3 days touring other Czech towns. I guess it depends on what type of stuff you wish to see and do... nightlife versus museums, etc. I think I would have been happy with four days in Prague - that would have been 1 full day for exploring the Prague Castle grounds.... 1 for the Jewish Quarter, wandering back and forth across the Charles Bridge, and Old Towne Square.... 1 for art galleries, Wencesclaus Square, and hanging out in pubs.... and 1 for getting adjusted and taking "hey lets go (insert idea here)" suggestions from hostel mates. I would have used that extra day to take a day-trip to Cesky Krumlov in southern Bohemia.

If you plan to see a couple of museums (Pergamon is great), than plan at least 4 days for Berlin.

I only ended up having 2 full days in Berlin, as I had to get to Copenhagen for the weekend to fit in with my Danish friend. 2 days is nowhere enough in Berlin, which is why I'm going back this summer Try and fit 4 days into Berlin - I'd say the same with Prague as its a fascinating place.

Hey from my personal experience I would spend the extra day in Berlin. Both are amazing cities but there is just that little more to do in Berlin.
