i'm 22 and will be traveling to england with my sister in may for about 2 weeks....am i old enough to rent a car in the UK..we would like to rent one to be able to drive around the countryside at our own leisure....
also, we want to stay in a nice bed and breakfast or hotel in london, any suggestions?

I can not say with certainty here...but I don't think so. I am fairly sure you have to be minimum 26. Kim should know this as I believe they rented a car or two in their travels. BTW....if you are old enough, I urge you to check prices before you go. Much cheaper to arrange rental from outside UK than once you are in country.

Nope-never rented a car, wouldn't be brave enough to drive over there, I don't think. I think it's 26 as well too though, you will probably have to email a few companies and see.

Me and my friends rented a car in the UK a few years ago. They had an age limit: you had to be over 24. I think this is a general rule for all rental companies, I'm afaid..... Still, car rentals are way overrated: we smashed two tires at once on our trip!
