Hi. Does anyone have any idea of what a train from turin to barcelona costs? I'm 18 but will not have any rail pass for this part of my journey. If not do you know where I could find it out?
Thanks.

I don't think there is a direct train from Turin to Barcelona. Looking at it, I'm thinking the best route would be: Turin-->Milan-->Barcelona as there is direct train from Milan to Barcelona. I know that you are planning to have a railpass for part of your journey, right? If you have one of the following you can get a cheaper rate: Eurailpass, Europass, Eurail Selectpass which includes Spain, Spain Flexipass, Iberic Railpass It's called a Passholder fare can be purchased in place of the Full Fare Pass and is valid for a 4-berth Tourist cabin. The cost for the night train in a 4-berth cabin would be $75 2nd class. Without one of those passes above, it looks like you would have to pay full fare of $131 for second class. Doesn't look like there is a valid youth fare for this trip. Looks like it runs Mon, Wed, Friday arriving the next day. (Could be more often, I would look into it if it matters). The leg from Turin to Milan will cost about $11, it's a short little ride. Here is the link for RailEurope if you want to look further: www.raileurope.comKim

Hi,
I will have a Eurodomino (I'm british) for Spain and Italy-do you know if these are included in the special cardholders fare? We are getting these passes cause we'll be spending a month in each of these countries and other passes Eg interrail(brittish version or Euroral) have say three/four countries but only last a month.
We will have a Eurodomino passs for France but it won't be valid until after we've been through spain (end of May). After France we're going to Belgium and Holland so even if we did do France first then Spain we'd have to go back through France to get to Belgium and would have to pay for a ticket when we don't have a card here instead.
We'd planned to do Spain then France cause Spain is hotter than France earlier on. What do you think?
