hey,
i am in geneva right now and want to travel to barcelona and paris before i head tro amsterdam and then london for home. does anyone know the best way to get from barcelona to paris or vice versa? let me know soon please! thanks! miriam

there is a night train between the two cities. I believe the duration is about 8 hours for this night journey. I don't know how much it costs, as I had a rail pass when I did this route. If you have a rail pass, should be no problem, just be sure to get a reservation.

I am unfamiliar with other modes of transportation, ie flying or bus.

You can travel by night trains Geneva-Barcelona-Paris-Amsterdam, or take the high-speed Thalys to Amsterdam (4 hours).
Or travel by TGV (3 hours) to Paris, night train to Barcelona, and fly to Amsterdam (Easyjet or Basiqair).
Bus is available too, at least for Barcelona-Paris-Amsterdam.

Amsterdam to London has 4 options:
1. by train via Brussels. This is the most expensive.
2. By bus - the cheapest
3. By rail-ferry-rail combination (crossing Hoek-van-Holland - Harwich)
4. By air - Easyjet or BMI (Buzz only till end of March).
