I'm leaving for Europe next week (yay!) and my plans are to spend a few days in Paris (where we have family) before taking a night train to Venise. Our train tickets are already paid for, and they're not refundable (that was by far the cheapest available option)
But now, I'm worried that with the current strikes going on in France, our train might be cancelled... Does anyone know if that's the case? (I guess that with enough complaining, we could get refunded... but that would also screw up our hostel reservations)
