When I head to Europe this summer I am planning on going to the D-Day beaches for a day and I am wondering if it is possible to visit them by bike. I wanted to see Juno and Omaha beaches and the memorials/sites around them. Is it possible to bike from one to the other (and back) and see those sites in a day? Just how far is it, and how difficult of a ride would it be? And most importantly is there a place in that area where I could rent a bike for a day, like in caen or bayeux?
