Hello,
I am trying to find out if it is possible to flight from Amsterdaam to Dresden instead of taking a train. If so, is it more comvenient than taking the train. I have seen the train schedules and timetables, and it seems to take from 11 to 12 hours. Now, I wouldn't mind doing that by nite, but the problem is that there are too many connections in between, which i would like to avoid if possible, fear of stay asleep and miss a connection or two (having done that in the past)
Now for the flight fares, I have checked the usual ryan air, applefares, and easyjet; but none of them seem to have a direct flight, nor any flight anywhere near dresden (within 2 hour by train) that will make it worth it.
Anybody knows of any site.airline that might serve my purpose?
;D Thanks
Bara

I looked at the site www.skyscanner.net which is supposed to list all the budget airlines, but I do not see an Amsterdam to Dresden flight.
