No way to tell unfortunately, but usually at least 3 weeks in advance. If you buy before a sale, though, you might end up paying more than if you waited.
But sometimes the deal is so good it's obvious you should buy it. For example, our Berlin to London EasyJet ticket for July was 6.99 Euros + taxes and fees. It was not likely to get much cheaper than that. Actually I decided to buy all our flights - 12 pounds + taxes and fees for London to Paris on BMI, 14.99 Euros from Paris to Berlin on EasyJet. We just could not reasonably expect much of a drop with those.
What prices did you find on your searches?

Personally I would buy it now at the 9.90 Euro mark. It's possible there will be a sale and the price will go down even further, but there's also an excellent chance the price will only go up. The most you could save is a few Euros by waiting, but you could lose more Euros if the price went up.
But - who knows what will happen - so you just have to decide when to jump :-)
