I noticed that alot of people say that sleepers are not included in a railpass. I was wondering if I had a railpass does that mean I pay separately for a ticket on a sleeper or do I just pay an extra fee for it. Thanks ;D

Your railpass will get you on the train. But you need to do a reservation for a sleeper or a couchette. I haven't done a lot of searching to find the cheapest deal (if there is one), but I did do the reservation when I bought my eurail pass (via raileurope.com/ca).
I found sleepers to be very expensive ($80-120Cdn each, depending on length of travel). Couchettes are less expensive, but are in groups of 3-6.......I think they're around $40 Cdn per person for the reservation.
Does anyone know if there are cheaper deals out there? I've heard that it might be cheaper to purchase the tickets at the station. Our schedule is pretty tight, so I wanted to reserve ahead of time.
Hope this helps!
