Young people get all the perks! And this offer, from Student Travel giant STA, is a major find, especially when you look at the fine print.
For the month of May, travel from the US to London will start at a low $240 round-trip for people under the age of 26. Now, that's a terrific price for May from New York City, but that rate will also hold from discount-hungry Chicago. Boston is only $40 more (for midweek travel).
Once the youngsters are in the UK, they have an entire year to return on this ticket, which is a very unusual feature for a discounted fare. Go to STA's site (see above) before Mar. 31 to book.
STA also has a nice sale to Nice, France with round-trips starting at a reasonable $382 for travel in the month of April (bookings by April 15). This one is also limited to folks under the age of 26; they have three months to make their way home from France on this ticket.
