The common way to get from the city center to the airport is tp use Line A, Anagnina station, then take the Cortral Bus to Roma Ciampino airport.

Since I am flying Ryanair, I heard that they will provide some kinda bus service for their passengers. Does anyone knows where to board the free shuttle bus? Does it run from the city centre or any subways?

Have you checked their homepage for info? Honestly, I have flown them several times and have never known of any sort of shuttle service they offer, but that could have changed. The home site should give you all the particulars if it is something they are doing now.
