I need to know a cheep, and possible quick way to get from Doublin to Glasgow (I'm thinking by plane but I'm willing to take a boat)

Also from Rome to Athens and from Athens to Irakleio, Creete.
Probably plane would be best but could someone give me a good website for flights.
