has anybody ever had to claim insurance before from the insurance offered on the website? i recently just got back from europe and had got my luggage stolen. luckily i had the insurance from this site. i just recently sent my claim in. i was wondering how long it took to get a claim back. and how much should i expect to get back like half of total costs or???

Ouch man I hate to hear that, Im not sure how this one works but bassicly all insurence Comps. are all the same they really dont want to pay you your money but they have to so what Iv noticed from a few claims myself, it takes about 2-4 months for it to go through all the "channels" till you can expect you to get your Mula back. lets hope im dead wrong!
