Off to Bali!

Well, I'm off tomorrow night so this will probably be it for logging in to the boards for a few weeks. I will be home (but probably not functioning!) on the 29th.

Home now and had a fabulous time. Couldn't have gone better!

Slept so much on the flight (thanks to Gravol) on the way to Bangkok that when we got in, we showered and went shopping! Thai food and people were unforgettable.

Bali was gorgeous and the hotel we stayed at was amazing.

Flight home was long and rough and I was glad to be home-for about 5 minutes!

We are devestated both for the people that lost their lives and for the people of Bali who have so little and depend on the tourist dollar.

It's also very hard to know that had this happened 13 days earlier, we would have been sitting in a restaurant eating a late night dessert right beside the Sari club.

It's Canadian Thanksgiving this weekend and I have a lot to be thankful for this year...
