I'm back-and my pc is good as new. They wiped off everything that I had accumulated in the 3 years having this computer and just loaded the basics back on. After a lot of sucking up, the guy even loaded a free copy of Paint Shop Pro back on for me as mine was just a borrowed copy that I no longer have access to! Kim

I know, I know....but what can you do when you live in a shoe! (Or more like don't make enough to buy a new pair-never mind a new pc!)

there was an old nursury rhyme: there was an old woman who lived in a shoe, she had so many children - she didn't know what to do.
something like that. i don't remember.
