Basically, I've just been nagging the hostels to send in a recipe!  There are some language barriers however, so it's been interesting! I really like the idea of them sending in recipes that they cook locally so they are authentic, rather than me just looking up on the web for "Italian recipes" or something, ya know? I'll try another round of email-I emailed all the ones in my hostel directory so now I think it's time to email those in my hostel booking section. Kim |

Have you tried the Mountain Hostel in Gimmelwald? I'd love to see a recipe for raclette or rosti.
I know you probably don't want to ask for specific recipes so that we get recipes that people actually use, but I can think of so many yummy things!!!
