We will soon be owners of a gorgeous 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo - our offer was accepted (after about 4 counter offers!)
We have lived in the building for 2 years now and love it, but nothing has come up. Now we have a gorgeous corner unit with a see through fireplace that separates the dining room from the living room, a total of 1000 square feet.
The best part is it's 12 minutes walk to downtown and to our jobs!
Hell, I feel like a grown up (yikes!)
