My Bday is in 163 days!
My summer vacation is in 164 days! (I'm going around the Maritimes in Canada, got to stay home, no Moulah!!!)
Christmas is in 311 days!

320 days till my next birthday...how fun Michelle....I just spent this last BD in Rome as well! 53 days till Lizards 4th birthday 123 days till my son's wedding ? days till my next trip.....whenever something grabs my attention but thinking about a quick jaunt to the Carib in April maybe. It's actually been a cold winter here in Fl this past couple of months!  |

Yes she is Jen.....you just won BIG points with the she's so cute remark. ;D Lisbeth, who has been Lizard to family almost since she was born....I do try very hard to use Lizzy nowadays in public and print but habits die hard and she is ever Lizard to me. It always freaks folks out when I talk about my little Lizard! HA!
Okay...you'll just have to forgive me....said Lizard is getting her yellow belt in karate on Friday. She's not quite four yet and one holy terror 'tiny tiger'! I wish you could see her run through her moves Kim....it's great!

Oh my lord, I wish I could. There is something about kids and martial arts that just melts my heart! (For those of you that don't know, I used to be a martial arts instruction and in charge of the kids class)
I think it's a great thing for kids - it's one thing to hear something from your parents but it's a whole other thing to hear it from your karate instructor!
My class was a mix of holy terrors and angels that ranged from 5 to 12.. ugh! I found bribery worked best. ;D I found these stickers of kids doing karate and they LOVED them.

Oh, I didn't mean holy terror as in 'misbehaving'.....Master Cossas and Miss Henson can put the fear of God (themselves) into her! ;D I meant holy terror as in 'I am the toughest, strongest, bestest' little girl you will ever see, m'am! I continue to be amazed by this, always thought of it as Kung Fu movie crap.....far from it. The self discipline, respect, manners and self confidence it instills is wonderful. At the time it was a toss up between ballet and karate....karate was the right choice!
apologies all around...did NOT mean to sabotage this thread with tales of my Lizard!
