It's a "fanny" pack for underwater. So you can put your stuff in it at the beach.
I'm still wondering wether you can actually go "underwater" totally with this thing and trust it with your passport, but hey! it's still cool for walking along in the water and not worrying about wetting stuff!

I know Ging got hers (travel towel and lens cleaning cloth) - any of the other winners got theirs yet?

I got a mini-first aid kit which I plan to bring along when we go to France in June.
I gave my other one to my kid and have no idea what happened to it, but we actually used it once in Italy: we stopped on a dirt road to take a picture of the beautiful hills in Tuscany, the nearest town miles away, and our car slid partway into a ditch! Getting the car out gave my kid a bloody knee, and the first aid kit came in handy.
